3 Different Cardio Exercises to Cut Out Cardio Boredom
In fitness world, everybody knows that doing cardio is so important to keep your body tight. There are many incredible cardio ways to boost your energy; however, sometimes doing cardio in the same manner can be boring and monotonous. Today I would like to talk about 3 great cardio routines that you can find interesting and useful.

1. Wind sprints
Early morning before breakfast wind sprints on the treadmill can be the best cardio for you. Set your treadmill on level 15, set your speed on 6.0. Run for 30 seconds, than rest for 30 seconds, and continue doing this for 30 minutes. This type of cardio assists you to burn more calories, boost your energy, and tighten all parts of body.
2. Incline level and speed of treadmill
Another way to do cardio is changing the incline level and speed of treadmill. Simply set the treadmill incline on level 10, and speed on 4.0. For 5 minutes walk on treadmill and DO NOT hold the equipment. Then change the incline level to 15 and the speed to 6.0. Run for 30 seconds than rest for 30 seconds during 15 minutes. Afterwards, set down treadmill on incline level zero and speed 8.0 or 9.0. Run for 30 seconds, than rest for 30 seconds during 15 minutes.
3. Interval walking routine
The final type of cardio I would like to discuss is an interval walking routine. Set the treadmill incline on level 5 and speed 3.5. Walk for two minutes than change the incline to 10 and walk another two minutes not holding treadmill handle. Then change the incline to 15 and walk for 4 minutes. After wards go back to incline level 10 for two minutes and then down to incline level 5 for two munities. Repeat changing levels during 30 minutes.
I think changing up your cardio routine is very important. It gives you motivation, much energy, kills boredom and of course it works your workout level 100 percent better.
