¼ cup plan fat free yogurt
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
6 garlic cloves, minced
4 boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
Soaking chicken breast over night in this succulent yogurt marinate with fresh lemon juice and flavor of garlic. On 4th of July, lightly oil the hot grill rack, then grill kebabs, turning occasionally, until chicken is just cooked through, 4 to 6 minutes.
