My name is Janna Baker and welcome to my personal blog. I am a fitness and nutrition enthusiast who is in love with healthy and positive lifestyle. Changing your lifestyle can bring you many physical and emotional advantages and make your life more meaningful in a very significant way. Personally I am aware of emotional difficulties going from high calorie foods to low calorie foods or from eating junk food to smaller healthy portions several times a day. It takes so many efforts to change your habits and stick to your new healthy meal plan forever.

I got into fitness when I have noticed that I am no longer fit and strong physically. I was very upset but I took the actions very fast. I joined fitness facility and found myself happier than ever before. I even did not notice how quick I became addicted to strength training and daily cardio. Moreover, I never realized how important the healthy meal plan is. Working on my eating habits and daily workout, loosing inches in a healthy way, building fit body, I caught myself that it would be very fun and enjoyable to start fitness blog including nutrition, strength training, all kind of fitness tips, recipes, daily cardio, and so on. I think sharing your experience can help other people to realize the importance of fitness world.
