Boost Your Energy with Vitamins
Being a kid, you have always heard from one of your parents, “Do not forget to take your vitamins!” or “Eat a dish of salad instead of a piece of cake!”
Of course being a kid, we do not think about which foods really contain the best vitamins and minerals. Even after becoming an adult, most of us allow ourselves to enjoy a big slice of cheesecake, ice cream and a latte instead of 18 grams of boiled chicken with 10 grams of steamed broccoli or natural fruits.
What Really are Vitamins?
Vitamins are minerals and supplements that are found in foods, not just pills. Vitamins are a significant tool in health and our nutrition needs. Each vitamin has a substantial role to play, now let’s look closer:
- Vitamin D in milk helps to develop your bones and increase bone density.
- Vitamin A in carrots are very essential for healthy eyes. It helps you to see better at night.
- Vitamin C in oranges assists you in better nutrition balancing.
- Vitamin B in green veggies helps you keep energy up and protein balance.
I know boosting energy with vitamins can be forgotten in our daily routine, especially if we’re relying on popping pills every morning or night. Sometimes it’s just easy to forget.
However, if we fill out our lives with juicy, succulent, and sweet vitamins in form of oranges, broccoli or carrots just for one month of experience, I know that these amazing, healthy, and natural minerals will become our good buddies forever. Let’s try it and see the results.
