What I find really helps me is to have a ‘go-to’ breakfast for when I am feeling a little rough from the night before. If I can get myself back on my feet and training again, the damage to my plan is a lot less. I like to crack 3-4 large free range eggs into a glass of beer for those occasions. Not so healthy sounding, but pretty soon you feel right as rain.
