Working out is one of my favorite things to do. When it comes to nutrition and weight loss, I always focus on daily cardio, weight lifting, and eating a healthy diet. Pursuing the best health and fitness results can be challenge, but it leads to unexpected opportunities, advantages, and possibilities.

In addition to my supplements, I have discovered that canned oxygen can assist with working out and reaching my goals. Here are my experiences with canned oxygen, and that of my personal trainer and friends at the gym.

To evaluate the effect of canned oxygen in various levels during treadmill exercises, elliptical exercise, and working out with weights, physical performance can be divided into 3 experiential categories:

Breathing is not an optional activity; it is a vital tool that human beings must perform through their lives. Taking the first 10 shots of oxygen at the beginning workout helped to balance breathing during treadmill or elliptical exercise. Canned oxygen had beneficial effects on breathing and lung capacity during and after workout; moreover, it increased my breathing ability so I could finish working out in the best physical condition. Additionally, canned oxygen helps to get rid of carbon dioxide quicker, keeping my lungs cleaner and keeping me more energetic during my workout.

Heart rate is another category that should be consider carefully. During treadmill or elliptical exercises, heart beat rate can reach a higher rate. Canned oxygen helped to calm my heart rate during and after my work out. Canned oxygen also seemed to be a great stimulator to boost energy.
Physical energy and muscle endurance are significant tools in the workout environment that can burn away easily through heavy weight lift or daily cardio. To maintain and enhance energy during and after workout, canned oxygen is an outstanding solution.
My Experience with Oxygen4Energy
When I saw canned oxygen4energy for the first time, I was curious how this canned product can enhance my energy and physical strength during workout. I inhaled the first 10 shots of oxygen4energy and started working out as I usually do.

While working out I noticed that my breathing was under control, during heavy weight lifting my heart rate stayed in a much more normal condition than before, and I felt that my energy did not decrease, vice versa, it increased tremendously during my workout.
I was surprised as I usually feel exhausted after 30 minutes of working out. This was a big conditional change in my workout that I have never thought I would experience. To further stabilize my workout condition and keep on going to exercise, I inhaled another 8 shots of oxygen4energy.

When Janna told me that she would be testing canned oxygen as a workout supplement, I was very excited. The only time I had breathed 100% oxygen before was in an Oxygen bar in Las Vegas, and I remembered that it helped me get through a horrible hangover at the time. Also, I’m quite familiar with NFL athletes breathing oxygen on the sidelines during the 4th quarter or after a long sprint, so I was pretty confident that if done correctly, the canned oxygen would assist me with my work out.

The day I tried the Oxygen4Energy product was the first time working out after traveling, drinking and eating rather unhealthy food for 4 or 5 days. Janna and I were getting ready to perform a vigorous routine with our trainer Beau. That day we were training legs, and Beau and I decided to train together.
After taking my initial first 10 hits of oxygen before the workout, I admit I did not feel much of a difference at first. Perhaps because of the time I had taken from working out, and it was difficult to get back into a routine. I noticed however, that after about 10 minutes of lifting with little rest in between reps, I seemed to kick it into 5th gear with a bit of extra energy, especially when practicing circular breathing through my nose and exhaling through my mouth. I felt that the more I breathed, the more energy I had, especially when getting up to 8 or 9 of a 10 or 15 rep regiment.

I took another 6 to7 inhalations about 30 minutes into the workout, just about when I felt like I was really starting to fatigue and I really did feel an immediate difference then. I wasn’t gasping for air and did not feel the need to sit down for a long rest like a lot of people do at the gym. Even when Beau told us it was time to run sprints after an hour heavy leg workout, I really had no problem getting through them. And this was with a grade 15 incline on a treadmill at 7 mph. Even after the sprints, I felt like I had enough energy to hang out and crack jokes around the gym when I’m usually seeing stars or trying to find the way to the nearest protein shake.
