The summer is an inspiring season to get in better shape by doing cardio exercise. Inspiration of spirit comes from our hearts and minds. There are many various ways how to get nice abs we can discuss. However, I really think that cardio exercise is a key for your dream to happen.

Before you jump on a treadmill, you really need to know why cardiovascular exercise is an important activity and professional athletes pay the most attention to cardio.

Here some tips why cardiovascular exercise is one of the important tools to be fit and have stronger abs.

• Cardio exercise makes your heart strong. During cardiovascular exercise your heart rate increases and helps to balance blood pressure.

• If your goal to burn as many calories as it is possible, the best way to do so is by doing cardiovascular exercise early morning before breakfast. Note: setting the treadmill to incline 10, speed 4.0 is a great setting for fat burning cardio

• DO NOT TOUCH the handle of treadmill equipment. This way your body works harder and lets body fat burn more calories.

• Cardio exercise helps to have more energy for the rest of the day.

• Cardio exercise helps reduce stress and anxiety.

• After cardiovascular exercise you have incredible feelings. It helps your emotional and physical well being to stay healthy and strong.

• Cardio exercise provides better sleeping result for people who have a problem with sleeping.

• And the most important factor, cardiovascular exercise helps your abs to be stronger and fit for lifetime.
